Disclaimer:
A 50 percent deposit is required before any work can begin. The balance is due immediately when the site is launched. Invoices are payable upon receipt. Receipt of a deposit is considered acknowledgement and acceptance of this disclaimer in its entirety.

Proposals from Essential Ink will be prepared upon receipt of a serious inquiry and will detail the proposed work and associated client costs. Requests made in addition to the proposal will incur additional costs.

Each site developed by Essential Ink is allowed one revision at no additional charge. Further revisions will incur additional costs and be dependent upon the nature of the request.

At this time, our sites are quoted and designed to be viewed at 800 X 600 resolution, which accommodates the majority of web users. Those using other resolutions may see pages that are off-centered and/or begin horizontal/vertical background repeating. Huge file sizes and/or inconvenient viewing should be kept in mind before requesting site design for higher resolutions. Consider your target audience's capabilities before making this request.

Web sites developed by Essential Ink are specifically designed for the latest version of Internet Explorer web browser. We will not be held responsible for viewing difficulties in other browsers or older version browsers.

Scanning photographs for use on site pages are based on submittance of clear, clean photographs, and are limited to a maximum of 15 for a basic web site (no more than 10 pages). Additional scans will be billed at $7.50 each.

Scanning of slides or transparencies is not considered in our initial estimate. Unless specifically brought to our attention prior to quote preparation, all scanning will be considered from clear, clean, provided photographs. If slides/transparencies are provided in lieu of photographs and/or have not been specified in our proposal they will be billed at $15.00 each. This charge is in addition to the submitted quote.

Unless requested prior to proposal preparation, it will be understood you have arranged for your own site hosting and agree to grant us easy and timely ftp access to upload files and maintain your site.

Essential Ink will not be held responsible or accountable for missed deadlines caused by delay of required information and/or materials from the client. Once work stops, for reasons not of Essential Ink's choosing, restarting of work will be rescheduled around already ongoing active Essential Ink projects.

Essential Ink reserves the right to add to and/or change any or part of this disclaimer as deemed necessary.
