MIF CHILDREN’S CHORUS SINGS AGAIN

The MIF Children’s Chorus, under the direction of Mrs. Jean Lanewala, was invited to sing at the Opening Ceremony of IAOHRA Annual Conference held recently at the Battle House Hotel on Sunday, August 29, 2010. They sang, “Hello to All the Children” and “Let There be Peace on Earth”. The children received a standing ovation from the organizers and audience. Mayor Sam Jones was one of the speakers at the Ceremony and he proudly told the audience that the Children’s Chorus is part of the Mobile International Festival that presents diversity in our city.
